The Hillsborough Chapter of UNICO National normally makes an annual contribution to the Hillsborough Community Assistance Network (CAN) at a food collection at our annual St. Joseph’s dinner in March. The pandemic has restricted us from accomplishing that for two years.
And so was born the Pound of Pasta Project. Spearheaded by Laura Messina Campo, the Chapter plans to collect at least one thousand pounds of pasta each year to give to CAN.
